Returns
30-day window
Return any unworn, unwashed item with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to start a return
Email support@undergroundwear.store with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label and instructions within 24 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? We'll swap it free of charge, subject to availability. If it's sold out, we'll refund you.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale and worn/washed items can't be returned. Drop pieces marked final sale are excluded from returns.
